MEET SHANNON
Founder & Event Designer
Great events are built on two things: creativity and organization — and Diminick Event Design was born from my passion for both.
With a background in creative design and more than a decade of experience planning and executing events, I bring a unique balance of strategic thinking, operational precision, and creative problem-solving to every project. Over the years, I’ve partnered with organizations, nonprofits, and businesses to lead conferences, professional development programs, executive retreats, special events, and mission-driven experiences both in-person and virtually — locally, nationally, and internationally.
I’m especially passionate about helping organizations create events that are not only well-executed, but meaningful, engaging, and aligned with their broader goals. In addition to event planning and onsite management, I work with clients to strengthen event strategy, improve planning processes, support internal teams, and elevate the overall attendee experience across their event portfolios.
